Much needed Thank You.....

I have to give a MUCH needed thank you to Tiffany over at The Silver Cottage. She is a very talented jewelery artist who hosted a Mother's Day giveaway on her blog back in May. Her children drew names and I was the lucky the winner of a custom designed necklace!

I have been looking for some type of mother's jewelery for a while, but just never see anything that I just have to have. I decided to get a mother's necklace for my prize. I absolutely LOVE it! She did a beautiful job creating the heart. She added a birthstone for each of my kids and stamped my wedding anniversary on the back. It did come with a chain, but Ian (7 months) decided to rip it off yesterday when we were on our Father's Day trip....why??

She has a lot of beautiful samples on her site. I'm planning to order a necklace for each of my daughters for their birthday presents this year!

Tiffany also has her family blog where she posts fantastic deals for saving money at stores...quite amazing actually! She also is just an interesting person with a great view on family! Check it out HERE!

I also participated in a Kitchen Swap in May. I received my package today and was thrilled to find these gifts:

A rooster for my kitchen, ribbon and paper for my paper crafts, a great smelling candle, and stickers for my children (they love them!).

I also received THIS cookbook! I have quite a collection of cookbooks and this is one that I don't have. It is so cool! I have never even seen this one before and it does have some unique and yummy recipes. I already have a few of the snack recipes that I want to make for my kids and I haven't even looked through the entire book yet.
